This is only my experience and opinion using Transpacific Tax Services. Only just arriving in the USA we were referred to this company as they specialised in Expat taxes. Since using them for our 2017 and 2018 filings we had to find another accounting firm as we were hit with lots of fines. For our 2017 filing, we got a fine of $10,000 as the business at the time did not have a succession plan when the owner passed away as our correspondence from the IRS didn't get replied to.
