Great service all around from this company. The live tracker was accurately updated on the day of my delivery, letting me know where my package was on the journey and how many more stops there were before my delivery. The delivery team was also great. The two gentlemen were professional, polite, and friendly. They handled my package with care and delivered it to my condo on the 10th floor even if I had selected front door delivery as an option. I had to take time to review because this delivery gentleman(RON and ARSENE) were fantastic. To start they greeted me with a very friendly attitude. Second I had to request for them to go by the backyard because there was not enough room in the front, they did not complain they checked the area to make sure and reassured me that they will take care of everything. I have a delivery coming since 4 weeks now they keep saying today tomorrow... Friday march 14 they said better we deliver Monday so you don't pay extra if we deliver on tge weekend , are you kidding me, you should be paying me for the delay you have already, where did these guys come from with these idea!! Yesterday was Monday no call no show , im still waiting, definitely this is the last time to use a back alley business
