Karen helped me a lot with my order! For some reason I hadn't received any communication for over 1 month about my mattress order. Thankfully Karen located it for me and determined which depot it was at successfully. Thank you Karen for your help!
I was scheduled to have a mattress delivered between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM May 16th with the understanding that I would receive a 30-minute heads-up before arrival. No one contacted me during that entire window, so I eventually had to leave for other commitments. I also messaged the delivery person directly, and while I could see the message was read, I received no reply at all. Great service all around from this company. The live tracker was accurately updated on the day of my delivery, letting me know where my package was on the journey and how many more stops there were before my delivery. The delivery team was also great. The two gentlemen were professional, polite, and friendly. They handled my package with care and delivered it to my condo on the 10th floor even if I had selected front door delivery as an option. I had to take time to review because this delivery gentleman(RON and ARSENE) were fantastic. To start they greeted me with a very friendly attitude. Second I had to request for them to go by the backyard because there was not enough room in the front, they did not complain they checked the area to make sure and reassured me that they will take care of everything.
