Never do I leave bad reviews, but in this case, it calls for one. I actually would have chose ZERO stars if it was an option. I own and operate a mattress company with a very respectable reputation. Our manufacturer switched couriers over a year ago and we’ve had nothing but problems. Brand new high end mattresses showing up with ripped and filthy bags!
