Never have I dealt with such an incompetent transport company and I work in transport for nearly 20 years, never with them. Twice they scheduled appointments that I waited for & never showed. I still have not received my delivery. I advise never to use them if you have a choice. Unfortunately I didn't have one. No wonder they have a 1.5 rating.
