I ordered a couch from the furniture company Article. This company delivered it for them. One couch arrived fine, the second couch was delivered slightly damaged (most likely from this delivery company). Article was great to work with, they sent a replacement couch right away. But strangely the broken couch seemed to get lost in the paperwork cracks. Finally after almost 1 month, I’m finally contacted by this shipping company to schedule the pick up. Worst freight company I've ever experienced. They showed up for a delivery after rescheduling 3 times in one week and made my spouse miss a day of work. Showed up with only 1 of 2 crates and tried to tell me that the one crate hade 2 parts in it. They parked in the middle of the road and blocked traffic for over an hour because they didn't bring a pallet jack.
