Very bad service, Don't recommend for anyone, never on time delivery or pickup the phone. Very disappointed 😔
TERRIBLE service. They don't honor schedules, and don't really seem to care about making the appointment. When I told them it was unfair because I'm taking time off work to meet them, the customer service representative brushed me off. Avoid using this company.

I was assigned Transsource Freightways to deliver my mattress from Costco. On a Friday I was sent an email on the absolute extreme end of the possible window saying they would be coming on the Monday. Problem is I was out of town and would not be available so I phoned and left messages for them detailing the situation and asking them to call me to reschedule.
