Had this washer and dryer installed. During installation they heavily damaged the millwork and even broke the drawer when trying to install the dryer vent. Things happen but when I contacted them they said I waited too long to contact so there’s nothing they could do. More like there was nothing they wanted to do. I wasn’t actually looking for a major discount I just wanted some consideration for a future delivery or some basic customer service. Very bad service, Don't recommend for anyone, never on time delivery or pickup the phone. Very disappointed 😔
TERRIBLE service. They don't honor schedules, and don't really seem to care about making the appointment. When I told them it was unfair because I'm taking time off work to meet them, the customer service representative brushed me off. Avoid using this company.

Driver called provided eta he was within allotted time. my delivery from Costco went perfect. very professional I would highly recommend to anyone 👍
