This is the third time my order has not been delivered — this situation is absolutely unacceptable.
Tried to find who entered our home and delivered the couch, Gaurav S. just ignored the email. Terrible
Truck number 30313-SMH pulling trailer #53514 driven by an indian man with a turban; The truck and trailer swerved and sped past me as I was slowing down for roadside CONSTRUCTION. He was absolutely going full speed in the lane the workers were working along side. If this company keeps this driver people could very well end up dead.
LCV operator 2x 53' trailers, white international LT Full sleeper truck on Friday, December 6 2024 apprx 1800-1830. Tailgating cars within a hair on west section of henday northbound, far left lane during slick conditions. Unsafe action occured roughly between Windermere -> Lessard. Attempted to contact dispatch/ safety no response and they hung up on my phone while trying to call multiple times. Driver was reported to the Edmonton police via 911 Dispatch.
