I am not happy with there customers service my brother had to called them to find out why my annual disability compass passed stop working. They decided to decline it because I haven't been tap for six months. I live Prince Rupert and our buses do not have tap for me to use the tap. To me it feels like the translink is taking advantage of people like me who have disabilities I have to pay me fare by using my debit card which I don't have a lot of money due to being on disability and low income assistance. Which contractor is in charge of cleaning the washroom at the seabus stations and who controls them? Morning and night are disgusting, smelling urine. We are on a first world country. This is not the service vancouverites deserve.
Bus 100 didn’t stop @ 22nd street Station
Today I boarded a TransLink bus and experienced extremely rude behavior from the driver. The driver harshly closed the door on the foot of a female college colleague who was with me, without any concern. He was also driving the bus in a very aggressive and reckless manner. It was clear that he was in a very bad mood and showed no professionalism. I urge everyone to be cautious of this driver, and I strongly request TransLink to take appropriate action regarding this incident. This happened today around 10:30 PM
This morning my wallet fell out my pocket on my way to work as I entered the train and some gentleman told me he saw it fall through the cracks.. I got off the train to peer down realizing it did fall. This translink employee saw me peering down came over telling me to step back for my own safety.
