Worst customer service ever, I don’t know why all the employees always sitting there in a bad mood. Not listening, always asking for straightforward questions, if you will explain your situation they gonna be mad. I don’t have an option to give them minus stars.
I am frustrated that older SkyTrain cars without air conditioning are still being used, especially when transit fares continue to increase every year. Trains on the Expo Line, particularly toward King George, are often extremely crowded. My concern is simple: if fares are increasing every year, why are passengers still being expected to travel in old, overcrowded trains without proper air conditioning? Another joke of a company ran by a group of nobodies but sure do get a big pay day along side of bc ferries, icbc and telus...yea good move transit on working on skystrain in morning rush..waiting 20 min for service...cant be better, its vancouver after all.
