I lost my Compass Card, and a staff member named Jen helped me at the service centre. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Thanks to her, everything was resolved quickly — truly amazing service!
Whoever had the dumb idea at translink to add in a braid train at Columbia station is stupid. Like translink was fine before with 2 king george train and 1 production way train but literally adding an extra train that stops at braid and not going one more stop is just outright dumb. This train pattern wastes so much time and forces people who wish to go to production way to rush for production way train at Columbia. If they miss it, they have to wait 11-14 mins for the next one. Terrible design.
These ppl are not deserved to get paid
Absolutely deserves a five-star review — such “excellent” service is truly one of a kind, something I’ll never forget. Hats off to the drivers and staff, you’ve made a lasting impression.
