Located inside Waterfront Station. If you have any enquiries about Translinkser ice including the Compass Card, this is the place to go. Always been helpful to get Compass Card issues resolved.

The staff were so warm and genuinely kind — they handed me a Compass Card and walked me through everything with a smile. No rush, no coldness, just pure helpfulness. Once again 23 Bus. It sticking to schedule. Waited 38 minutes for a bus scheduled to run every15. Customer service had no clue. App was not updated. Horrible system but we all know it is and it won’t change.
