Very poor guest experience. Did not offer any tangible solutions. Communication from the lead was pretentious. We walked away with our issue unresolved. If you have a concern with your compass card, keep your expectations very low

I would like to report a very disappointing experience with TransLink. On 22aug 2025 around 5:20 pm to 5:25pm, I boarded the 319 bus from Nordel Way and paid cash for my ticket. However, the driver gave me an expired ticket, even though I had just paid. Only 15 minutes later, when I boarded the 364 bus from Scottsdale, the driver was extremely rude to me and told me my ticket was expired. I bought a train ticket Belfast–Dublin but the instructions about printing and redeeming the ticket were unclear. Because of this, I could not use the ticket. When I contacted customer service, they only referred to their Terms & Conditions and refused any refund or solution. Very disappointing experience.

99UBC bus driver refused to give me a transfer today, said I would give it to my friends to ride for free. I am a grown professional woman, the thought never even entered my mind. Why is it when he saw a racialized woman he thought scammer? This hppened now on the 99 UBC bus heading.to UBC.

Bad traffic all over Richmond. Had decades to make a proper plan for Richmond and vancouver but failed.
