I am really disappointed with the bus service. It is extremely poor and unreliable. The buses are late almost every day and never arrive on time. Because of this, I end up getting late for my work regularly, which is very frustrating. A public transport service should be punctual and dependable, but this service fails to meet even basic expectations. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the timing and reliability of the buses

0 star. Today I get the bus 325 at 7:52pm from Surrey centre to newton. My friend was at front of bus door going to get in the bus driver closed the door when I requested the driver to get her inside because I'm inside and he left her at stop then the driver answered you also get out from the bus at centre of bus lanes. It was very rude behaviour of driver. Even his way of talk to me was violent.

Very poor service we have to wait for 30 minutes for a bus 325 near Laxmi Narayan mandir the bus was on 10:06 and came on 11:38 and that is not the rule we cannot use back door I was just coming inside and they close the door I got injured.
