Very poor service we have to wait for 30 minutes for a bus 325 near Laxmi Narayan mandir the bus was on 10:06 and came on 11:38 and that is not the rule we cannot use back door I was just coming inside and they close the door I got injured.

The system is losing money because TransLink is spending 10s upon 10s of millions building a building for 2 dozen management level employees at the SkyTrain Command Centre and expecting high end work on the taxpayer dime. I hope they, and the mayors, know that they are on the wrong side of the class war.

I would give zero stars if I could. Translink used to uphold keeping bus entrance and exits clear but now let people crowd the entrance even on empty buses. Used to make sure people did not play media/music/phone calls on speaker or wear backpacks on crowded bus/train but now do nothing. And most importantly would make students and very able bodied people move to the back so that handicapped amd elderly could sit at the front but now no one does anything. The public transit is overcrowded every morning with students wearing their backpacks because you cater to UBC students not the public. I pay for a service that is a school bus and you don’t teach the students bus etiquette making my ride awful every day. Why aren’t you teaching the students to take their backpacks off? Why do I pay for such an unreasonably uncomfortable service? If I could give no stars that would be preferred. Even leaving for an earlier set of buses can’t get me anywhere on time. The service in Surrey is especially poor and has been as long as I can remember. Any time I have called asking when we are getting better service the ones who answer the phone basically tell me never. Oh and good luck getting a response from their customer support if you ask for one.
