Her children's yoga classes are a HIT with my young girls, and her Meditation & Sound Bath evenings are a must try. She was so welcoming to us newbies, when we tried the sound bath for the first time!!! Highly recommend any of the services offered by Transitions, as I'm sure she is excellent at all of them. Shelly, the Sound Bath experience with you was incredible. I really didn’t expect it to be so powerful. You are gifted at creating soothing vibrations with the use of your many crystal bowls.
