Tlc is the best 👌
TLC has changed my son's life without the facility he would have been placed on the streets or in a long term care facility for the elderly at the age of 20. TLC staff are all amazing, they have rehabilitated him to now be attending school to complete his grade 12 as well as he is working daily at a job. TLC is the reason my son is still here, the reason he is thriving and I thank God everyday for this place and for all the amazing staff that work here.
I would not be where I am today without the help of the wonderful staff at TLC!!
