i had lost my phone on a bus and i reported immediately then called the Leichhardt office next morning and got to know it was already ready for collection. i am grateful for the stranger who noticed the phone reported to the bus driver and the driver that reported to the lost property service. thank you all.

I jumped on the bus 440 on Oxford Street on 10th of July at 10:30am and the bus driver, I think her name was Hanna, was absolutely wonderful, helpful for people in need very friendly kind and top that very safe driver she should be awarded and truly very much benefit to your company.cheers for that

389 service Was terminated during peak hour tonight after running from Bondi junction to Hyde Park, because the driver was running late & didn't want to breach the award. He cut off the regular bus, which is only a 7km route anyway & it's apparently the passengers fault that in the rain, we didn't read that the destination was different. He only announced it to the passengers trying to alight at the 2nd last stop. Barely a 3km service - why even freaking bother???
