389 service Was terminated during peak hour tonight after running from Bondi junction to Hyde Park, because the driver was running late & didn't want to breach the award. He cut off the regular bus, which is only a 7km route anyway & it's apparently the passengers fault that in the rain, we didn't read that the destination was different. He only announced it to the passengers trying to alight at the 2nd last stop. Barely a 3km service - why even freaking bother???
They found my lost phone and the process to retrieve it on site in person was speedy and smooth - thanks a bunch!
Usually runs late for the route S559 and switches off the bus location tracking which inadvertently causes family guessing that no service is running or being completely late by 20 mins or more . Sad but office normally denies this from happening.
