Please be aware that your employees are doing things outside of their job. A heavy set African American lady picked up my husband back in about November for court in Lebanon, she slid him her number, and told him that "she's not allowed to do this, and to not get her in trouble" because she was on the job, and was at fear of losing her job because she knew it was beyond the rules....I can't say any names. But please make sure your employees are following the guidelines, charges will be pressed. 😊👍

unfortunately, I have to rely on these guys for Transport as I am a disabled teenager. People are incredibly rude on the phone. Not to mention that my drivers are always late. I had a few times where they were late by 30 minutes. I have a job I have to be at on time and I can barely make it on time because they are always over 10 minutes late to my stop. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is my first review ever. It's that bad. Closes at 6pm, doesn't do weekends, and needs 48hrs advance notice. I have to walk 6 miles to work on Sundays. And I'm overnight (meaning I start work at 10pm). I have to clear my evening to walk there. Drivers are nice, and customer service is 50/50. They're either apologetic for the poor operations or just plain bitchy. They said to call valley transport, who has the EXACT SAME OPERATION TIMES!! Complete and utter bullshit of an agency
