Quit calling Us we don’t want to do business with you. Hopefully you guys get it in ur heads this time around. You guys lie about not needing W9s for payment, on top of that you guys make a bullshit invoices and expect company’s to wait 48 hours for payment. After AAA didn't have the equipment to tow my Class C RV, they contracted Transit Pros to do the job. The young man (Anthony) was contracted to do the job. He loaded and unloaded expertly, but somewhere along the way low hanging branches damaged equipment on the top of my RV. Alexandra Roman, from Transit Pros did an excellent and efficient job making sure that the repair expenses were covered. I would highly recommend this company to anybody needing a large vehicle towed.
Was supposed to haul off a totaled camp trailer. They knew the damage and had me filling out paperwork, I guess to get personal information. Then they back out
They say they are 24 hours, but I don't think so. I needed a tire change on the side of the road in the middle of the night. AAA called them at 5:30 AM, they didn't "have someone out" to me until 8:30 AM. When they finally called me I told them I didn't need them. I found someone myself. Smh... Maybe this is a southern Missouri problem. This took place this morning 4/3/25, 4 miles outside of Lebanon, MO
