BEWARE!!! Tranist pro misleads as they are the actual company coming to do your tow. They are nothing more than a referral agency using a network of sub contractor. Contractor AAA Sub contractor Transit PRO Sub-sub contractor- the actual tow company In my case transit pro misled as if they were the actual company coming on behalf of AAA when it was actual a sub-sub contractor. No sense of urgency and pathetic customer service. From the time the original call was made it took 6 hours to get my tire changed! They kept telling me 5-10-20 more minutes. As I waited in temperature of 104'! Never again!
If I could leave less than 1 star I would! This company was contracted by my auto club to provide roadside assistance when I had a flat tire on my trailer which was covered on my policy. The girls I spoke with were friendly and professional however it took them over 5 hours to send someone to where we were stuck on the interstate. The driver under their direction instructed me to leave before he loaded the trailer but assured me all was fine.
