Nous avons déjà été déçu dans le passé par différentes erreurs concernant la livraison, réception de la marchandise et même mauvaise destination…aujourd’hui j’ai retiré mon avis précédent qui était moins positif pour le remplacer par celui-ci. Il est possible d’améliorer les relations et de changer d’avis sur une entreprise! Merci pour ce sentiment de réconciliation! ✌🏼
Terrible service. Delivery was scheduled for monday so i took monday off, no delivery. Took the day off tuesday, no delivery. So i called customer service to ask them to call me 1hr before delivering so i could run home. They failed do that. They delivered my package infront of my house without signature. So i called back to make sure they would assume responsability if my package was stollen, i was told they will take no responsibility. What a shitty company
