They made me wait 1 hour and 30 mins after my appointment was over. They kept telling me the driver was 4 mins away. The person operating the pjlhone spoke such appointment English. This company is a joke
did not use the service myself, but today (at appx. 5:15) car #033 illegally passed me on the left (and went over a double striped line), and then the two people in front of me on the right (by driving in the shoulder). it is absolutely terrifying to think that they employ drivers like that and absolutely scares me off ever using this company for anything.
Late on first ride appointment for Mother. Then late on 3rd and picked up 10 minutes prior most recent appointment. Very unprofessional on the phone and 3x excuses. "Guaranteed on time!" Must mean something different to this company. Mom is 67 and has epilepsy, this is unacceptable.
