10 hours waste it on pick up and delivery ! Not payed, being ignored on phone calls and e-mails !!!
We booked load once, they were approved for one time only and I wish we didn't use them, we told them we will not make pick on time, they told us to go ahead, they will load us up, then when we got there and the shipper did not want to load, they refused to pay TONU. The issue is not the money, the issue is their unprofessionalism and saying we were late and that we are lying.
