I’ve been riding this transit system for nearly thirty years without incident. I’m a quiet passenger who boards, rides, and gets where I need to go. Recently, I had a troubling experience with one of the drivers who nearly denied me a ride and contacted security; security allowed me to board without issue. Really great communication and problem solving
This is a great transit center and a wonderful addition to the community. It serves many of its residents with fare-free transportation. The drivers are courteous and friendly and helpful. As were the information booth attendance. The restroom facilities were monitored and very clean. Thank you. Taxpayers for a wonderful investment in the future.
