The so called supervisor who contact clients through phone needs to be trained on telephone manners as she needs to learn to listen patiently before coming to any pre-conceived conclusions or assumptions and moreover the scheduling team needs to be more proficient about the geography of the region as scheduling sometimes is very poor . The driver picked me up at 755 Queensway W.at 4 pm July 17 for my ride home to 33 Hurontario St. He said he had to pick up another passenger. I said OK. We drove a long way through traffic at this time. When we got to 1400 Dixie Road the passenger said she had changed her mind but she never notified Transhelp. This added 30 minutes to my ride and I was sorry for the driver wasting time and gasoline. This is not a complaint. 74974
