I booked the ride to pick me at 11.30 from the medical clinic. My pick up window was between 11.30 to 12 00. At 12.00 I called them tu o check as there was no ride I was told it will come with in 10 minutes but the ride came at 12 25. They picked me a 9.am and I was having blood test so I was empty stomach. How difficult it is for a patient who is having low bp and dizziness and vertigo to wait so long since morning till 1.pm without any food. They should be more strict with private taxi services. Today we had very bad experience with your one of the driver. 350 Rutherford Drive Plaza two is the location. Parking lot work was going on so everybody was stuck and there was no space. I tried to explain plaza people and opened up next parking area so people can park there. Only this Transhelp person was very arrogant and do not want to listen or move. Everyone was stuck.
