If I could give zero stars I would!! Twice mt child was left alone outside. When I complained the driver said he walked her in the building and put her in the elevator and he had a bif elaborate story of what occured(that my daughter would not have communicated!). Even last from transhelp said it sounded made up and she was concerned. Today she was over an hour late, day program confirmed she was picked up. I have found every information in detail. It gave me access to guided routine which I should follow. I got a chance to use their service. Courteous and very skilled drivers. They know where they going to the address you have given to them. I appreciate this privilege to make my life easier. Thanks

They try to make the system as difficult as possible for you to start. I am a software engineer and to see that there is no way online for a disabled person to add a CREDIT CARD shows they want the disabled people get delayed so that they would have to call. Same thing with adding destinations that you want to travel to; you have to actually call them and say which place you want to add. What else could be the reason that in 2026 they don't have these features on the website/apop.

My mother is 70 years old and use TransHelp because she relies on accessible transportation and appreciate the door-to-door service they provide to seniors and people with disabilities. Unfortunately, my mother have had several occasions where a driver, Kiran, has refused to help her with my purse/handbag when I needed assistance walking to the bus.
