I did the full 11 sessions this past spring/summer. David is a great at giving you stretching suggestions that pair with the work he does during the current session. It’s been a few months since I finished and as well as inspiring me to keep up with a home routine, I have successfully solved a few body issues I was experiencing. It is work and can be painful but the results are worth it. Plus the area of cold spring is fun to experience after your session.
