I've had chronic lower back pain since the delivery of my twins 6 years ago, and have tried everything to heal, but nothing has worked until I found David! I did the full 11 sessions this past spring/summer. David is a great at giving you stretching suggestions that pair with the work he does during the current session. It’s been a few months since I finished and as well as inspiring me to keep up with a home routine, I have successfully solved a few body issues I was experiencing. It is work and can be painful but the results are worth it. Plus the area of cold spring is fun to experience after your session.
David is extraordinary! My experience in David's care facilitated layers of transformation that are still continuing to unfold.
