I went for a session with Jeremy after having hip pain for a couple months. The work he did on me far exceeded what I'd imagined, going in. Jeremy's approach is deeply-informed from his multiple areas of expertise...including but not limited to PT, yoga, Rolfing...and this multi-layered background made for a standout experience. Jeremy is one of the most attuned and attentive bodyworkers I’ve worked with. His understanding of human structure and anatomy is impeccable, and I always emerge from sessions feeling aligned and re-awakened. 10/10 recommend
I don't live locally but I always book a session if I'm in the area! I originally sought Rolfing for my TMJ and Jeremy's handiwork has provided major relief and increased mobility. I also find the sessions to be incredibly relaxing, which has definitely not been my experience with all body work!
