This program works but it’s not for everyone! Unfortunately it made me extremely sick and landed me in the hospital. The diet is a starvation diet and they basically give you supplements to keep you going because realistically no one could live off of 800 calories a day.. you’d have no energy wouldn’t be able to function straight and would be ultimately hurting your body.
