I just had an amazing week at Bianca’s Adventure Retreat in Costa Rica. Bianca was exceptional! Every day was filled with some kind of activity. Yoga, meditation and plenty of time to explore the area. There are plenty of natural attractions that are within walking distance as well as options for other excursions a little further. I’ve worked with Bianca for 2+ years on hypnotherapy and life coaching. She’s been great on that. Decided to join her group on her Bianca’s Adventure Retreat in Costa Rica in March 2026. It was wonderful!!! Not only was the location great in terms of accommodation, food, natural beauty, etc. But devoting a full week to meditation and self-healing was truly special. I attended Bianca’s first “Transformative Retreat” in Costa Rica recently. Bianca is a natural teacher! She teaches with ease and grace and humor and we all felt cared for. Her yoga classes flowed smoothly, offering 3 levels of a pose and always reminding us to follow our own body’s signals.
