I started the program back in March meeting with Lauren (whom is a wonderful person and an amazing coach. I am still maintaining my weight as of this post and I have lost just little over 40 pounds and still working on losing more with I learned through the program. I was skeptical at first thinking how is this possible and will it work for me.
