Congenial, flexible, very confident in his skills
First, he did not have my appointment time correct; in fact he did not have the day correct. Then he proceeded to make fun of my last name. It is difficult to pronounce but that is no reason to make fun of someone you don't know. He spent a lot of time telling me about his life and challenges and goals. The only good thing about the visit is that the first 30 minutes were at no charge. It's good because it was more about him than me.
Mr. Henson is warm voice and provided me with real advice at a tough time in my life. I highly recommend his services to anyone trying to navigate feelings of loss, stress and adjustment.
