Everything good except with the VEHICLE RENTAL RETURN ADDRESS. Been a year since the Return Office had been relocated and the information on the Confirmation email is incorrect. A parking fee was incurred due to this misinformation. I have notified Customer Service via email regarding A) updating their Return Information for future customers B) reimbursement for the car parking fee for exiting the incorrect Returns address There has been no replies from Customer Service and I am still waiting after 4 days
Relocation was booked and arranged as expected. I did talk to the car rental agency beforehand regarding pick up to arrange a shuttle between the airport and pick up location. Was charged a $500 deposit and $15 for an extra driver.
Do not book with this company. Unreliable, Disgusting customer service and useless. Booked a relocation and they cancelled it with no phone call or email 2 days before pick up, which I found out when trying to pick up car at the airport the day of my trip. Customer service number is unreachable just rings out. Save yourself the agg and don’t use them.
BE CAREFUL! First of all offer of relocation was misleading. We booked a car with included insurace, but it turned out that we have to pay 23$ per day (it is car rental policy that for relocation you must buy it, but you don’t know about it before pick up). Second of all offer said unlimited kms and then again it turned out to be 500 kms per day.
