They ruined the print by cutting way too close. They should have left a decent amount of space around the print. After I emailed them about the situation, they refused to reprint it. No accountability was taken for the mistake, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. This was disappointing to see after I had so many successful orders with them previously.
Stopped in last Saturday and picked out a bunch of packs- premade ready to press designs. Just pressed today, and I am quite happy with the results! -Great vibrant color, easy to press, easy to peel. -With my old heat press I quickly learned I needed to press a little longer with a little more pressure than I usually use -I also noticed if the design has small details, it is best to cold peel before doing that last press. This Place is Heaven Sent …. I love the quality of the DTF transfers. It’s easy to order online and in store.. Great Awesome Staff.
I sent my 13yr old daughter in due to having a bonnet on to pick up my order and she immediately came out and said give customer service a zero. So I immediately checked my order and prints were too close together especially at the bottom . Therefore, I had to go in anyway because they left no room for error when cutting. I order by the pieces not a gang sheet and didn’t expect to have an issue. I been ignoring little issue here and there like letters hanging off because no one’s perfect. First time visiting since we’re not from Houston. We found everything we wanted and there’s so much stuff here. Very clean, and organized place. We were going to buy 2 or maybe 3 transfers but we decided to buy 5 because you get 5 free! Thanks for the help and everything was so affordable here. We’ll be back again when visiting Houston.
