This place is the one to be at right here. Located on harwin right after aviva. Clean spacious cheap dtf files and they do custom work with a 1 day turn around. They have a room in the back if you wanna press your shirt today. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. I bought 2 packs came out to 10.58. Cant beat that. They dont sell shirts so come with one. Id recommend stopping at aviva at the next light. But you have too come check this place out.
Quality is amazing. I don't go to anyone else for DTF or UV stickers. Shirts come out great. No issues and have been using them for over a year maybe longer. Highly recommended.
Emily was the absolute BEST!!! OMG—she is incredibly patient, kind, and professional with everyone at Transfer Kingdom. She took the time to help each person without ever rushing, made sure all questions were answered, and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. Customer service like hers is rare these days. Emily truly goes above and beyond, and she made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Transfer Kingdom is lucky to have her!
No complaints whatsoever, they weren't necessarily the cheapest but they were pretty low in comparison to the competition. The communication and turn around time was excellent, the shipping time was excellent. They had a Black Friday deal going on that made them pretty competitive. The best part though was the follow-up after the fact to thank me from the CEO. It wasn't an automated letter, and if it was, when I responded to it he personally responded back. The quality of customer service at the counter was horrible. Big bubbly guy at the counter was very rude and the dude chic next to him, but I came in as a black man and said hello and didn’t get a greet, but a Caucasian woman came in and was greeted without even saying a word and this is the second time this has happened to me at the same location and the first time my wife and kids were with me and they experienced the same thing.
