Saw one of their drivers do something unbelievably dangerous on the highway. Called reception, said I want to file a complaint about one of your drivers *click* she hangs up... Call back, hi can you hear me? Says she can. Good I want to file a driver complaint, says she'll transfer me to her safety department *click* hangs up on me again. Call back AGAIN, ask her if this is some kind of joke. These guys can't drive. They continue to destroy the parking lot at the building I rent while delivering to Finn's seafood. Not sure if your drivers are even certified.
Terrible place. These people will get someone killed or seriously injured if something is not done. They are running equipment that is not maintained, with issues that are never repaired. They are running their guys illegally over their hours regularly. For a period of almost 4 months they ran their company without any ELD computer support. So basically they had no ELDs running on their trucks for an extended period. They are illegally taking money off their own drivers paychecks for damages and made up issues.
