A translink bus left this depot and just around the corner it crashed into 3 cars that were waiting in the red traffic light que. Bus driver denied hitting 3 cars, and claimed he only hit 1. He refused to provide his drivers licence on request and would not provide his insurance details. Translink and Transdev were both very unhelpful in the following weeks and 2 months later when our repaired vehicle was returned the quality of repair work was absolutely shockingly terrible. I Boarded the 250 bus to go to carindale , on the 23/1/26 I was travelling with my granddaughter, my granddaughters had forgotten her bus ticket, I paid my ticket with my busCard, and made a further payment with my savings bank card, when I sat down in my seat, I was approached by a network officer, he ask for my bus ticket, so I presented it and tapped it on this little machine he pointed at me, Then he proceeded to try and get me to tap my bank card, I said, I don’t feel safe tapping my card on there. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with your 250 bus driver Mark on Saturday evening. I needed to visit my mum on the islands and decided to catch the bus to and from my car. His customer service skills and care for the people that use the service is exceptional. To be considerate of the public and allow for passengers to be able to connect when the timetable didn't by just minutes was very lovely and the warm smile lightened my big day. Well done Transdev and Mark.
