Disgusting service. I spoke with an employee of Transcord on the 9th July, 2025 and booked transport for Monday 14th July, from a Physio appointment back to Spendelove private hospital. when I contacted Trancord again to confirm the booking they told me that they couldn’t transport me as I was an inpatient, which they were in fact informed of at the time of the booking. Notwithstanding that I was told that the pickup was from Southport private hospital????????? Southport Private was never mentioned. Wow, very disappointing. ... read more
I would be happy to give 5 stars. Until I was charged after cancellation. It was short notice I will mention. Reason sudden illness of which could cause issue of embarassment if not near bathroom.. ....!!!!???? However, always have excellent service. On time mostly otherwise do their utmost best. Drivers r thoughtful always ready to assist. Office& phone assistants r friendly & a pleasure to contact. Lucky to have this service. Sorry I had to deducted the star.
