Past employer, I greatly enjoyed my years with TransCor, enjoyed my travels seeing places and things I most likely never would have. Great company to work for and the personnel that runs it, I made and have many memories built here that I enjoy and all the friends I gained. Its great if you are in with the management they assign you. Was assigned in Texas, they supervisors we had were not experienced at all in Transportation or Corrections. Yet, we had to go through 3 weeks of it in Tennessee. I have no doubt that they are a good company to work for. They just need people with experience trying to tell us how to do our job. And I agree with another review. Cpt. Burnett in Pahrump is amazing. She has it together, along with her staff.

Was thrown under the bus while in training for a new position in a new industry because the newly promoted manager decided to go on a cruise. They overwhelmed be with assignments that I had never completed on my own before. I was fired for “making too many mistakes” in my training period. Isn’t that the period where we are learning? What a joke.
