I've been practicing Transcendental Meditation for over six years. Within a few months of being trained, my blood pressure dropped so low, I was able to get off my hypertension Rx. I also noticed that my life began to change in many positive ways. I'm calmer & more accepting. TM has brought me a long sought peace. The Doylestown center is particularly special. The location, the trainers, the fellow practitioners all make this TM center unique. I highly recommend being trained here.
