The director of this center taught me how to do Transcendental Meditation - she’s compassionate and sharp! I am a long time Insight and Mindfulness meditator and TM is now my main practice. I still value and practice the others styles as needed but TM is more powerful, efficient and easy. I am also impressed with the organization and the culture. It is very professional yet the teachers are also warm and caring. The atmosphere is gentle and safe. I can’t recommend her or this technique enough.
Transcendental meditation is one of the best ways to quiet your mind and let go of everyday stress. I highly recommend this to everyone looking for the next step in improving your everyday life. Everything in my life has improved from my health, finances, relationships and overall wellbeing.
