I can’t speak highly enough ablut my experience with Dale. TM, while very simple in concept, takes a certain type of teacher to make sure it’s excecuted correctly. Dale knows all of the right tips & techniques to be sure you are getting the full effect of the meditation. Regarding TM, I lead a life full of stressful situations. I’ve tried countless medications, standard meditation , the list goes on. As soon as I introduced TM into my routine, my whole world completely changed. I can now truly enjoy life!!
This center is the real thing and so is the Director and Teacher Mr. Dale Friedgen. I can't say enough, so what I will say is, that; I was welcomed, supported and encouraged through every step of the way. In the end I was more than satisfy, I was shown and realized that a real Meditation Practice in not difficult or complicated. The simplicity of TM is one of its kindest gifts...
