Denise and Joseph Gerace are excellent teachers. I first learned TM over 40 years ago and they helped me get back into the practice. I can't emphasize enough how much TM helps with everything, from anxiety reduction to sleep to many other. Try it.
I know doctor Joseph and Dennis for al least 10 years! they are amazing teachers for the transcendental Meditation 🧘♀️ I have so many of my friends who did the class with them! Highly recommend them .
