A wonderful experience. Jeff Litwin was my teacher throughout the process . He made a comfortable environment to learn TM. I cannot stress enough the benefits I’m already experiencing from TM. I have been into other meditation methods for some time now and by far I find this to be the most effective method to connecting with your inner consciousness. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to take the next step on self work and development.
I learned TM in 1972, on the recommendation of a family member. He shared with me some articles showing that it produced a very restful state physiologically and reduced stress. I had been learning about the negative health effects of stress, so I thought that reducing stress would be of benefit.
