I'm new to Transcendental Meditation and Christine at the Ramsey center taught me this technique. Having experience with meditation with a few different techniques, i finally found TM and have had a great experience. I have been practicing TM for the last 32 years and it has helped me so much in life. I took both of my children last year to Ramsey center and both started Transcendental Meditation. We are all very happy and it has changed our lives.

Skeptical going in does not quite cover it but after seeing what TM did for my wife and for me, I am a huge proponent!
