I love the Berkeley TM center. I took my initial training there in 2020 and since then have attended 5 zoom 1/2 day retreats and a live full weekend retreat as well as a Refresher course in the Presidio. I find the teachers knowledgeable, accessible and truly interested in helping people go deeper into their practice. For the price of the original course and the nominal fee for the 1/2 day retreats - I feel like I get way more value than what I have paid for. TM is a fabulous technique for...just as the name implies...transcending! That means relaxing one's own natural awareness beyond the normal hum-drum of life and experiencing deep inner silence for awhile — your own self at its very quietest.
