I really love how peaceful and quiet this place is. From the moment I walked in, I felt very calm and comfortable. Learning Transcendental Meditation has been such an interesting experience for me. Mới ghé qua lớp thiền ở đây, mình thấy siêu thư giãn và thoải mái. Không gian khá ấm cúng, thầy dạy thì dễ hiểu cực. Mình cảm giác như thực sự được reset lại tinh thần. Tuy nhiên, thời gian một buổi có hơi ngắn nhưng bù lại là hiệu quả rõ luôn. Nói chung là đáng để thử nè!
