Incredible technique taught by an incredible duo, Kiki and Marc. I cannot thank them enough. Their kind spirit and love for the practice of Transcendental Meditation (and its effects) really shines. And although I'm new to TM, I already have noticed changes in my perception and attitude -- and other have too. My advice is to go to a free introduction class and see for yourself. Don't put it off any longer.
I was likely the biggest skeptic about TM when my SO had me look into it after he did it. I met the Miami teacher, Kiki (wonderful lady) at a free intro & despite her time & explanations I called it a scam & waste of money. But I gave it a chance. I'm delighted at how wrong I was!
