I have taught TM since 1970 in many settings and perhaps the simplest affirmation I have heard about its benefits is from a 10 year-old child who when I asked him how he felt after his first TM practice, he said the tress are prettier.

David is an amazing instructor. I would highly recommend this. I wish I would have started TM much sooner.
I really enjoyed the teachers and the experience was amazing for me. The first session was the most profound. I believe with practice everyday it will make a difference. I do not believe you can get this information online. I believe it’s a community of meditators and the practice and checking to make sure you are doing this correctly for yourself that will make the difference. Mediation can be hard for someone who is always on the go and your mind can’t quiet down. This helps. For me the course was worth it. 💕🙏🏽🌈
