The food is wonderful. They have a new Director and he is amazing. He listens and cares about what the residents want ! They have a great team!
My father came from another nursing home toTranscendent and since coming he has been very happy with all the services provided. From my perspective as a healthcare worker I have found the nursing staff to be outstanding and truly caring deeply for my father. The communication with nursing is excellent. He has complex medical issues and Transcendent has made it easy for him to get to appointments and manage his medical issues.
