The food is wonderful. They have a new Director and he is amazing. He listens and cares about what the residents want ! They have a great team!
My father came from another nursing home toTranscendent and since coming he has been very happy with all the services provided. From my perspective as a healthcare worker I have found the nursing staff to be outstanding and truly caring deeply for my father. The communication with nursing is excellent. He has complex medical issues and Transcendent has made it easy for him to get to appointments and manage his medical issues. When I was there after being shot by the police on June 2nd of 2020 I ended up in that nursing home in boonville transcendent in the year 2021 I did not like it some of the nurses were mean I had one nurse stealing my pain medication and giving me some other type of medication she was also doing it with other patients instead of them firing her they sent her to their other facility on the other side on the other side of the town of boonville call transcendent North there was this one that was there that would scream at this ... read more
