Why is Gail so rude? It's possible I'm misinterpreting her behavior, but I've never had an interaction with her where she didn't come across as annoyed that she has to interact with me. Whether in person or over the phone she always has the same attitude, like she's just had the most annoying day of her life and she can't believe I would inconvenience her further by calling/being there to check up on my mother.
