Brooke is an amazing body worker and teacher. I have had the opportunity to attend both classes, workshops, and receive structural integration led by Brooke and each experience has been, quite literally, transformative. I recently joined a workshop with Brooke and it was fabulous! It helped me significantly with my posture and breathing. The exercises were gentle but effective, and I still feel amazing 2 days later. Brooke is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about healing your body. I highly recommend working with her!
Brooke is a miracle and a magic worker in the form of a body worker and instructor! She has helped me soooo much with improving a variety of issues with my body and I adore her. She has a gentle and kind presence which supports you to be honest with yourself and her about where you are at with your body goals without any shame.
