During a spinal flow session with Angela, I feel a lot of relaxation. My body begins to unwind, I have a mild scoliosis and I can feel it unwinding, it has improved significantly. Afterwards I feel more freedom of movement in my back, and this persists. I feel like my ribs, shoulders and hips are more free. A very special thanks to Angela and spinal flow who has really helped ease my shoulder pain and rectified the tightness in my jaw that I've been highly conscious of during the the past 5 years! And the added bonus is the change in my mood! I've noticed I'm more emotionally regulated which is a bonus during menopause!
