I stopped by the bank the other day. And made a deposit and got to telling the girls, Jo and Adriana, how incredible they both are. I have to say the entire staff at the branch, managed by Terry.Berg are truly a very fine group of ladies. Stopped by at the Okolona Branch,Adriana Ray smiled and invited me to her teller station window,she was very helpful closing out checking account that was compromised. She alerted Terri Berg who assisted with new checking account and took time to explain the online experience so that I was able to download the Transcend Credit Union app to be able to utilize my account keeping a watchful eye so that I am in the know immediately when I need to contact the Credit union for future situations.
