I always have the greatest experience whenever i have requested any type of service with the Okolona Branch. The Branch Manager always answers all questions and provides you with all the knowledge and understanding of the service you are getting. They are highly recommended.
What a great experience to go into your bank and Ms. Terri Berg is there for you and your family. Gets to know you enough to give you pineapple upside down cheesecake. Wow home bake goods and a hug. Awesome that a visiting teller named Stacey Douglas takes her time to make sure everything’s correct and your comfortable. Every teller in there, know as the regulars greets me with courtesy and shows they care. Super amazing employees. Super amazing people.
