Great people, very helpful, very friendly.
The Branch associate Wenonah in the Lexington location was the absolute BEST at over the phone help I needed . With all the security breaches and hacking going I appreciated her willingness to take on all of my request needed to navigate my accounts. Her soft spoken demeanor and patients though all the background noise was top tier. Thank for all of your help. Those in leadership roles take note of this beautiful young lady and all she did to maintain a relationship to a new member.
Paid off a loan for a vehicle only to receive a letter about a savings account, that we did not open, is now $10 in the negative and being sent to collections. After calling in they said it's an automatic process that happens and will be reversed. Why even have it then? Makes zero sense that I have to call multiple people over a collection letter for an account that we did not open.
