Paid off a loan for a vehicle only to receive a letter about a savings account, that we did not open, is now $10 in the negative and being sent to collections. After calling in they said it's an automatic process that happens and will be reversed. Why even have it then? Makes zero sense that I have to call multiple people over a collection letter for an account that we did not open.

My wife and I stopped at this Transcend Credit Union branch to take care of some very important business. Wenonah was the employee who took care of us. She was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and efficient. We were in and out of the office very quickly and without any problems at all. We can definitely recommend this Transcend Credit Union branch without any hesitation or the slightest reservation!!
I’ve been with Transcend for about 7 years and every time I’m in the office or on the phone with them they are always very helpful and friendly. Today I called in about a personal loan and Nathan Johnson helped me and talked me through it. He made it a very easy process. I was accepted and was very grateful. Nathan Johnson is a excellent loan provider and I can’t thank him enough for his gracious service in loans and support. I definitely recommend Transcend credit union to everyone.
