We just finished building our home. We worked with Aliani at Transcend for the mortgage part and she was great from start to finish. She kept us informed on any changes or when anything was needed. We recently refinanced our Mortgage with Transcend Credit Union. Our loan officer, Ali Viva Hernandez was excellent. She gave us regular updates on the status of the application and needed documentation. Transcend offered competitive rates and a promotional offer on reduced closing costs that made the choice to go with them an easy one. I like how the loan info was incorporated into the account summary on the online banking website.
We purchased our house 2 years ago and just refinanced and we had a great experience. Ali Hernandez was our loan officer for both and was easy to work with.
I love Transcend Credit Union. We refinanced our mortgage using Transcend, the process was fast and easy. Our mortgage officer, Ali Viva Hernandez, was awesome, she is professional and a great person to work with. We couldn't be happier with our financial institution and the great people the work there!
We used Transcend to refinance our home and it was so incredibly easy! I was nervous to go through the process, it sounded so exhausting, but after speaking to Savannah I knew we had to give it a shot. It was seem less, the application was online and adding all of our documents was super easy, I almost forgot we were going through the process at all! I would highly recommend!
