Never give Transamerica money. I've been fighting with them for months to release my funds to Fidelity. I am planning to file complaints with SEC and FINRA. DO not give them your money. they offer no account managers or financial advisors either. It should be criminal for them to manage money
Does anyone actually work at Transamerica Financial Advisors? There is not a customer service team, no one answers the phone. Only a voice mail box and hoping someone calls you back. Unprofessional. Can't wait to close out my accounts. (IF I can ever talk to someone)
