Terrible. These people will hold your money and you will NEVER get it . They play games. I have been trying to get medical expenses taking care of now for three months. I have gathered every piece of paper they ask me to but they ALWAYS ask me to send more. I have been denied several times even tho I have a written letter from the doctor and sent in every hardship form. For three months they have given me the run around.
