Terrible. Do not waste time with them. Tom - Manger refused to follow through on quote after written quote issued. Advised staff member who was really lovely and trying to get the best outcome that she cant spend anymore time on quote. Clearly trying to do the right thing for the customer is a staffvalie not the managements. Really disappointing.
We have a saying back home which goes along the lines of "better for the house to burn down than having to move". Having relocated from one continent to another a few times I don't really fear all the packing so much, nonetheless it's always a horribly stressful experience. Not this time, THANKS TO MEGAN.
