The purple bus is never on time and will skip you sometimes and you call into dispatch and they are so incompetent at their job that they just hang up on you because they never have any answers. This is the worst bus dispatch I've ever dealt with. They will get mad at you foe their mistakes, it's so ridiculous. You can not make this up

The purple bus is never on time so expect to get dropped off late and miss your next bus every day
Mom is currently wheelchair bound (hopefully not forever). Many of her doctor's do not have provision for an at home visit. Her post discharge care allowed for a visiting PA. Once her discharge period ended, I had no way to get her to the doctor. I'm so thankful for the Physical therapist and Mom's friend who recommended Trans-Hernando. We were spending over $150 roundtrip for doctor's appointments. Mom and I are fixed income, the roundtrip costs is very affordable. Judy, Kim and Matt were our drivers and are wonderful.
