If you love being alive please don't ride with this company. I had to use them Thursday. The driver was rude and he drove very fast . He took curves at a high speed . Now I have bad bruises on my shoulder and back of my legs from bouncing around as he took the curve's. He got me to my appointment over a hour late to my appointment and left me at my doctor's office for about the same amount of time before he picked me back up . this company is a awful company to ride with. the driver almost got arrest because he showed up late and my doctor office was worried about me because he give the front office staff a attitude so my doctor office called security and the k9 unit on the driver. so please dont give them your business

This is the worst transportation experience I had. They picked my love one up from the facility and did not have any cards for call back, instead I was verbally told. I called back for pick up and it went to someone's cell phone voicemail that's automated. There was no company name, direction of call back or anything on the voicemail, just the number. I thought the lady gave the wrong number. The facility had to step in to file a complaint and for my love one to get picked up. The company also lied saying they were waiting a... read more
